The organization used different platforms and tools for various aspects of the onboarding journey: an HRIS for employee data management, an email system for communication, a document management system for paperwork, and other tools for IT setup, training, and management.

The Solution
In an effort to streamline the employee onboarding process, Parati devised an automated onboarding system by leveraging Zapier as a unified platform.
